If you want to unlock a character's movie scene in Tekken 3 first you'll have to finish the game with that character. The same way you can unlock new players.
Though if you don't have a full version pc game even if you finish the game with the character you won't be able to see it's movie scene because the movies scenes have been deleted to rip/compress the game!
