I saw people playing as crow(tekken force guy) on youtube does anyone know the device I need to get and the code I need to unlock him?

You probably want to be looking for a GameShark or Xploder cheating device. Finding one for the PS1 will be very difficult these days, so I'd recommend you try eBay.

As for the code, I have no clue, as I've never heard of this actually being possible.

Beat tekken force mode 23 times and you will get it...enjoy...
