How do you unlock Jun because I saw someone playing as Jun in tekken 3 on you tube??

You cannot unlock Jun in Tekken 3. What you saw was either someone implanting Jun's Tekken 2 sprites into Tekken 3 backgrounds or the result of using a cheating device.
Besides, as far as the story goes, isn't Jun dead?
Jun Kazama is in the arcade version of tekken 3 but scrapped, she have her own portrait and voice clips but uses Nina's model and Jin's moves. Is playable (or faceable) only with cheat device.
One more thing: Jun isn't dead. She's missing but not dead.
