Alright, this is seriously starting to bug me, the last dragon on Tree Tops is the only dragon I need to get.
It's the one on that really high platform.
People have told me over and over that following the red thief will help but he runs off before I can follow him. Could you explain it simply?
Also where are the last few gems on Cliff Town?
I've burned everything and defeated every enemy and even flamed the cauldrons but I can't find anymore.

You have to supercharge, and at the last minute press X.
You will go high, then glide over to the platform.
In cliff town, check behind the building you start the level in.
I had a problem too so listen, you have to supercharge through the first one and jump onto another one, then another, while you do this you pick up speed, finally you get to the last one and jump as high as you can then when you are almost there press x to glide, this will give you more distance. And it's not the red theif is the green one!

Tree tops: You need to go through 2(yes 2 or you won't make it) supercharges and glide over to the platform.
Cliff town: I think I know where the ones you haven't collected are.
Glide around the big building that you are in when you start the level.
There's about 30 gems back there.
Actually, you have to follow the Green Thief to get the last Dragon in this level. The Red one gets you the remaining gems just above the "Return Home" portal.
The last few gems in Cliff Town...I'm missing too. Sorry.
Trusting my memory you have to run down the first super-charge through the open door and go right to the other super-charge thats right there go up that and don't start gliding until you start to think your not going to make it but if it's wrong don't blame me 'cause I did the best I could. I havent been on that level for about 2 years now 'cause my copy's scratched after Magic Crafters (dun dun dun!!!) but I can help with Cliff Town. asuming you already have gotten the portal for the "highest point in clifftown" use that to get up there go all the way to the border-piller next to the edge overlooking the big building and then glide from there to the little ledge on the side of the building that is ABOVE THE GROUND. Press the triangle button to hover then drop onto the ledge and then again to look straight down. Jump down there and follow the ledge behind the building with all the red gems. Halfway behind the building theres a metal box you have to charge into but it's worth it 'cause there's a pruple (25) gem in there and then some more red gems behined it. There are also some flameable boxes kinda hidden behined the 2nd platform I beleive it is. Hope I helped
P.s. If you glide off the top of the cliff onto one of the smaller, dissconnected platforms below you can flame a red firework that blows up that metal box almost at the top of the cliff that you can't charge into
