How do you Catch the Town Square Egg Thief?

Go to the northeast section of the level and search for the ledge the egg thief is on. Now go to the northern-most point of this level and go up the steps you find there. When you look to your left you will see another ledge which you will be able to jump up onto. From here you need to jump off and glide south following the wall as it bends right and land on the lower section of the ledge. Jump up to the next section of the ledge and charge after the the egg thief and use your flame breath to defeat him and get the dragon egg.
