Step 1: Get the double jump pendant.

Step 2: Get the form of mist. (dont' you dare ask where to find the form of mist, because I already answered that question)

Step 3: Follow RazzyMan's horrible instructions. In case you can't make them out i'll elaborate. Go to the Long Library and head towards the librarian. While your going down the stairs to his chambers you'll notice a ledge near some spell books that was previously unreachable. Now that you can double jump, get up there and continue forward. You'll come up to a few roomswith Dhruons (sp?) and flea men/flea armors. Eventually you'll get to a large room with lots of flea armors in there. FIrst thing you do is head to the upper right corner of the room and enter the room over there. There's a holy rod in there, find it, you'll need it. After wards, go to the bottom of the room and fight the "boss", he's a lesser demon and he's quite pitiful all he dose is summon even weaker monsters. Once he's done continue forward, and at the very bottom of the room you'll find a mist grate that has soul of bat on the other side. Done. By the way, if your trying to get a perfect Beasterity record, you may want to wait for the lesser demon to summon a mudman, while ther eare lesser demons later on in the game, only this one will summon mud man, so if you miss it here you'll never see another one.

It's on the Long Library. First, find the Leap Stone way, way left at the bottom of that same area where the broken stairs are. Go to the clock room where you met Maria.

Wait a few seconds and the left statue will move. If it's not there then double jump to the small border. Continue jumping until you reach the over floor.

You'll find a Heart max up, I guess. Now enter the Colloseum. Explore until you fight Richter's beasts. Beat them and go right. Go through the elevator and get the form of mist. Now head to the Library. Before going to see the librarian, jump where the big plant is. Get through the Save room, until you get into a big room. Go all the way down until you reach a door for which you need mist.

Get through it (with L1) and go get your form of bat. Now you can get the power of mist, the sword familiar, the power of bat, the ghost familiar and many, many more.
