Unlock Maximum Attributes:
Hold Left + Select + Circle + Square at the 'Attribute' screen in the 'Create Player' mode.
Unlock Super All-Star Difficulty:
At the 'Game Options' highlight 'Game Difficulty' and press L1, R1, L2, R2.
Unlock Game Rules:
Press L1, X, X, L1, X, Square, R1, X, Square, R1, Circle at the 'Options' screen.
When highlighting difficulty in game options, press L1, R1, L2, R2.
