First off you have to have a lot of rations and a lot of ammo in your stinger and a lot off chaff grenades. First your throw a chaff grenade to mess up metal gears missles you stand in front of it rations equiped and then you keep shooting at the point where the stinger tells you to shoot as many times and you have to do this fast in order to get this to work
