Unlock Level Select:

During gameplay pause the game and hold L2. Then press Circle, Circle, Square, Triangle, R1, Square, Triangle, Circle and then release L2.

Unlock ALL Weapons:

During gameplay pause the game and hold L1. Then press Triangle, R1, Triangle, Square, R1, Circle, Square, Square and then release L1.
