Unlock All-Time Players:

At the 'Team Selection' screen, press R1, R1, R1, Right.

The cheats that i'm about to give are ones that you need to enter at the team selection screen.

I'm also not sure what code is what but I will supply them and then you can use them and find out.I do know, however, they all give you secret teams.
