When you start Persona 5 Strikers you are given a lot of money, and it is important that you make sure before you leave your first town you visit every shop in the area and buy out their stocks, so you get every recipe and item possible. Make sure you do this because once you leave the town you will not be able to return. To begin with don't buy Phantom Thief gear from Sophie because it is expensive and at this stage of the game you are still figuring out your squad. Prioritize Phantom Thief gear once you know what party you plan on using for the Jail.
