When you complete the following tasks in WWE Universe mode the corresponding championship will become unlocked.

NXT Championship:

Win a Singles Championship that the player has set for the show's World title or Singles title with a custom superstar.

NXT Tag Team Championship:

Win a Tag Championship that the player has set for the show's Tag title with a tag team of custom superstars.

NXT Women's Championship:

Win a Divas Championship that the player has set for a show's Diva title with a custom diva.
