During gameplay press the '~' (tilde) key to bring up the console and then enter the following passwords without the quotes to enable the effect you want.

Unlock God Mode:

Enter the password 'god'.

Unlock ALL Weapons:

Enter the password 'loaded'.

Refill Ammo:

Enter the password 'allammo'.

Change Speed:

Enter the password 'slomo #.#' (0.1 to 1.0).

Unlock Fly Mode:

Enter the password 'fly'.

No Clipping:

Enter the password 'ghost'.

Disable Fly/Ghost:

Enter the password 'walk'.
