The first thing is to is go to Faladore. After going there go to the cow pen that is south of Faladore to get a peice of meat.You can get a peice of meat by either killing a cow or looking for one on the ground.Just pick one up wichever one you do. 
Now head stright south to Port Sirum. Stop at the rune shop and get the eye.Now head west to Rimmington. And you will find a witch there. Talk to her and she will tell you that she can make you a potion thats more powerful. Then she says first you need to get her some ingrediants before she will. The items you will need are one burnt peice of meat, a eye, onion, and a rats tail.
******Please listen carefully******
Go to the building next to the range shop. There is some rats here. Kill a rat and pick up its tail.
Note: You can only get rat tails during this quest but they are not tradeable.
Now head north till you see a farm with a scarecrow, were the scarecrow is there is also a onion patch. pick a onion here by just clicking on it. Now go back south and go in the building with the range just above the witches house. Here you will Burn your meat.First select the meat and then cook it. Then, dont left click it right click it, and select use. Cook it again and thats how you have burnt meat. 
Now go back to the witch and talk to her. She will take all the ingrediants and put them in the cauldron. Right clack the cauldron and click drink. You will suddenly feel more powerful.
