Money Makers and Skills?

I am a big fan of cows in the game; they are how I made more than 223k in a day.

Recommend starting this at a low level, like, as soon as you get off of Tutorial Island. I also recommend that you have done the Rescue Prince Ali quest, to go between Lumbridge and Al-Kharid for free. Also Dorics Quest to use his anvils.

Go to Varrok and sell your Bronze Sword and Bronze Knife at the weapons shop. Go to Aubery and sell your runes to him. Go to Falador and sell your shield at the shield shop. Eat the food. Drop any useless goods. Now we can start.

1.	Go to Al-Kharid and buy a needle and about fifty threads in the crafting store.

2.	Go to the Scimitar seller and buy an Iron Scimitar.

3.	Go to the Cow Pasture in Lumbridge

(optional)4. You can run around the pasture if it is full of people and say Buying cowhides for 14 coins each! Usually another new guy or two would accept(I will tell you why 14 coins later).

5.	Slay cows and collect their Cowhides until you have no more space left in your inventory(suggested that you only have the load of money, needle, and thread on you when doing this). So about 25 hides should do the trick.

6.	Take these hides to the tanner in Al-Kharid, this will cost 25 coins for the load until you reach level 28 Crafting. Use the Needle with the newly made Leather to make the latest in allowed clothes.

7.	Now here is the tricky part, you can not make much money yet off of this job until level 28. Either sell the newly made clothes at the Al-Kharid General store for the minimum price and get your next load sooner, or take them to the Lumbridge General store for random prices, usually the highest possible.

8.	Repeat steps 1 through 7 until you reach level 28 Crafting then see new steps.

9.	Now you can make better stuff, Hard Leather Bodies. These sell at a minimum of 17 coins each, and you can tan their leather for 3 coins each making the new price to be 75 coins for the load. Now to tell you why to buy cowhides for 14 coins each. When at this level, if you buy them for 14 each then tan them for 3 each, you just made these Hard Leather Bodies for 17 coins each. Since you can sell them for at least 17 coins each then you just made a decent non-profit job that you can give to other players. Many people try to rip you off and say things like Selling cowhides 100gp. Remember, anyone who adds gp at the end of the numbers is more than likely a scammer. Always say coins, since gp could be anything.

10.	Once you make the crafting level of forty then you can start with the next useful skill to let you continue with this barrage of money. Mining and Smithing, this will make an even better trade combination.

11.	Store everything you have except for money, pick(the best you can use is the best), and a hammer. Equip the hammer. Be sure that you are wearing the leather from the Crafting to let you at least have some protection and speed at the same time.

12.	Go to the Southern Falador mines and mine 13 Copper Ores, and `13 Tin Ores.

13.	Go to Falador and Smelt the Copper and Tin Ores together to make 13 Bars of Bronze.

14.	Take these to Dorics anvil (North-West of Falador) and make as many of the best items that you can make of Bronze.

15.	Repeat this until level 15 Mining and Level 15 Smithing(remember, Smithing takes a bit longer to do than mining, so you might want to buy the ores sometimes, like 50 coins for a set of bronze ores).

16.	Now you can buy a Steel Pick Axe from Nurmofs Pick Axe shop for 500 coins. By now you should have at least 2,000 coins in cash.

17.	Continue with these mining instructions as told for mining, only, when you try to smelt ores, there is a 50% chance that you will not succeed in smithing it, so I suggest you go around offering people 1,500 coins for 1 Ring of Forging, this would allow for a 100% chance of smelting iron ores into bars. It would last for I believe 150 smelt of Iron, then you would need a member to enchant it again for you.

18.	Do this until level 20 Mining and level 20 Smithing (still, keep in mind that Smithing takes longer to level up than Mining). Now you can start combining Crafting, mining, and Smithing. Now to real the cash in.

19.	Go to the Crafting Guild with a Brown Apron; wear it instead of the Hard Leather Body.

20.	Be sure you only have the Steel Pick Axe, money, brown apron.

21.	Go upstairs and collect the Tiara Mould (You may also have one of the free players Talismans to enchant the Tiaras with, I dont suggest it though).

22.	Now, go back to the ground floor and wear the Steel Pick Axe and Brown Apron.

23.	Mine 26 Silver Ores.

24.	Go to the Falador Furnace and smelt them.

25.	Re-use the Silver Bars with the Furnace and select the Tiara and select Make 10, do this 3 times to get preferred amount.

26.	Go to the Falador General store and sell the 26 Tiaras for like 100 coins per Tiara(remember, now you are actually making like 2,600 coins for those Tiara loads).

27.	Repeat this until you have more than 50,000 coins in hand and level 40 Mining and level 40 Smithing(keep that issue with Mining and Smelting in mind).

28.	Now you can go back to Nurmofs Pick Axe Shop and buy an Adamantine Pick Axe for 3,200 coins.

29.	Go to Edgeville and put everything you have in the bank so that you dont lose it.

30.	Travel North to level 47 Wilderness (hope that no people killers come along), until you reach the Sapphire house, collect 28 Sapphires and go back to Edgeville and store them and repeat until you have 280 Sapphires.

31.	Get your Adamantine Pick Axe back out and, wield it, get you Brown Apron out, wear it.

32.	Go to the Crafters Guild and mine 280 Gold Ores(after you already got the Ring Mould from up-stairs).

33.	Take out a Chisel and Ring Mould, 13 uncut Sapphires and 13 Gold Ores.

34.	Cut the sapphires.

35.	Smelt the Gold

36.	Craft them together to make 13 Sapphire Rings, these sell for 250 coins each at least at the General stores(I noticed that most Furnaces are next to General stores, why is that?) So you should make like 70,000 coins off of those rings.

37.	You now have enough skill and money to get a Rune Pick Axe from Nurmof.

38.	Repeat this as many times as you want and get all the money in the world. LEVEL 3 RICH DUDES!!!!!!
