and now for the walkthrough...

First do rune mysteries quest, if you did that its fine and now for the real hard work lol not that hard but boring

first go to varrock's rune shop (remember ur pickaxe) and right click on aubury and then click on teleport now you find urself in a white snowy place if u are teleported at the middle with passageways go to 1 of them and click on the big mountain thingies of rune ess and then you collect ess when full go back to the bank and store everything
note:if u need just 28 then you dont need to get anymore but if you want to get more just keep up this process and now to go to the next step.

now all you have to do is get the talisman of the rune you want to make and then use locate, then it will say something like north east or south west or south east...wen u see this head to the direction it tells you to go.

when you find the  altar it will glow the colour of the rune ( new update making it easier for people who are new to rune crafting, in the olden days we had to find it ourselves the hard way)
now use the talisman on the altar and then you will see the altar thngy click on it and you will see him/her making runes....

how to make 1

take a talisman and a tiara then go to the altar that matches the talisman enter and then use the tiara with the altar., now for an example...
air talisman 
tiara

go to air altar(south of falador)
enter it

use talisman on altar 

note:you lose the talisman but get an air tiara
