Valorant is a free-to-play first-person tactical hero shooter that takes place on a version of Earth in the near future following an event known as First Light. This event spans the entire globe, leading to big transformations to life, technology, and how governments operate. However, select people across the globe start to gain abilities stemming from this massive event. These gifted individuals are called Radiants (also known as Agents) and in response to First Light, a shadow organization founds the Valorant Protocol, which pulls together agents from all over the world.

Valorant Cheats, Tips Strategy

Below is a collection of hints and tips that will help you to progress in the game. These include why it is recommended that you practice at The Range before you play competitively online and why you should stick with one gun. As well as these hints and tips, we also have a Beginners Guide here which goes into more details on some of the tips we have below:

Practice at The Range

It is recommended that you spend at least 15 minutes practicing at The Range before beginning competitive matches. By doing this you will be warmed up and prepared for the forthcoming match.

Always Communicate with Teammates

It is essential that you co-ordinate your actions with teammates, so everybody knows what is happening. This means during the match you call out enemy locations, in-game movements, and item drop locations. Try to be as specific as possible with the intel you give your team so miscommunication issues don't arise.

How to Run Fast

When you need to traverse the map as quickly as possible you need to run with your knife in hand instead of a gun. When you are equipped with a just a knife you will be able to move a lot faster.

Stick with one Gun

Each of the weapons in Valorant has its own recoil and rate of fire. If you stick to one gun and lean these two components you will get faster and more accurate with your shooting. Keep in mind with gun recoil the gun will pull downwards with the first nine bullets, so adjust your mouse in the opposite direction. From bullet ten onwards, the gun moves to the right, so make sure you make another adjustment to compensate. How to Win One-vs One Battles

To give yourself the best chance of winning one-vs-one battles with an opponent you need to crouch and strafe simultaneously. Avoid jumping and shooting as this throws off your aim. The only time you should be jumping is when you are trying to get to cover and in such a situation you need to be jumping in an irregular pattern, so you don't give your opponent an easy target to shoot at.

Don't Waste the Time Between Rounds

Make sure if you have just won the round you are not just stand around waiting for the next round to begin. Use those few seconds you have before it starts to look around your surroundings for better guns and/or equipment.
