That happened to me too, I went back an kept playing, then a little icon popped up saying I finished. Just make sure you're all done with each task.. It gives you the choice to keep playing the tutorial too.. |

This has happened to me a couple times and in one case I built a bridge accross the water and in the other case I made a road so he would know where to go. |
