When your sims have a baby a box pops up and says if its a boy or girl

If you didn't what a girl and you got one or if you didn't want a boy and you got one what you do is don't take care of the baby when the social services comes pause the game hit ctrl,shift,c all at the same time and type move_objects on

Delete the social services lady. When you do a new baby is born. Do this until you get what you want.
