Then go over to any of your sims and press the shift key while you click on a sim. From there you will click the spawn button then press the tombstone of L and D. A tombstone will pop up and from there on when you click that tombstone you can age your sims, male or female sims pregnent seed up the pregnancy, add other sims to your haousehold and a bunch of other cool stuff.
