To get out of ''debit'' sorry debt you just need to be careful with this cheat. FIRST you get a MALE maitenence (sp?) worker and name him Bob V ( exactly like that) SECOND you pus 'shift4' (no quotes) you get $$$$$ but your fences deteriorate. FINALLY you quickly pause your game, click on staff list and highlight Bob V then close out. That should have fixed all of your fences and money problems. Have a nice day :-)
Just press shift 4, yes your fences will deteriate, but if you only press it a few times, you will only need to replace few fences,
