Hi,
My animals (esspecially, excuse spelling, dinos) keep escaping from exhibits with broken fences, I know why, but what I need to know is, is there any way to have no broken or damaged fences at all without any 'side effects'?
Thanks

Gamergurl here,
If you want a really good way to keep animals in their cages, make moats around the exhibits. (Make sure it's an animal that can't swim) Just put water all around the fence then click create cliffs and hills. Then drag all the water down and voila! A Barrier that keeps ALL animals that can't swim in, and will never wear out. Just make sure the guests can get close enough to see.

If it's a Big Meat-Eating Dinosaur;Tyranosaurus Rex, Spinosaurus, Allosaurus, etc,(and you have enough money)get a electrified chain link fence and make the exhibit. After you make the exhibit put another electrified fence right next to the original fence, not a square away; on the same square, but don't cover the entrance. It might say they escaped after they get through the first layer, but you should have fixed the fence by the time they can get through the second.
Sorry, my answer was wrong, if your dino destroys one piece layer of fence, it destros both of them( My Spinosaurus did it twice)
Spinosaurous, allosaurous, t-rex, and other big meat eaters like them need an electrified fence
The easiest way to create an exhibit that is inescapable is to lower the whole exhibit enough so that even if a fence breaks the animals can't escape. This requires that you make the exhibit accessible by lowering the sidewalk, like a ramp, next to the exhibit but only where the gate to the exhibit is located. Guests will view the exhibit from above. You will need fencing around the exhibit, but locate it on the top edge of the "pit". Since creating a ramp next to the pit creates two weak spots next to the gate where animals could escape once the fence breaks, I found it also helps with stronger animals or dinos to raise the turf right in front of the two sides of the gate so that only the gate itself is exposed to the animal.
