Endangered Animals Level

I can't get my guest happiness up and keep it up. I can get all other goals completed but in the last month and a half my guest happiness drops below 93 and I can't get it back up. What can I do?

Guests are probably even harder than the animals in the game. The best advice is to look at the guest tab - See what is going on with them. Guests become unhappy if animals are sick/unhappy, there is no place to rest, the zoo is dirty or they are unable to fulfill their needs. They're also unhappy if they're bored too in the zoo and will leave. Below are some tips that may help you:

1.) Look at the guests' needs. What one is the highest on your list? Try to pick out the three main areas - So if your guests are mad because they're hungry, tired and can't find a restroom, try adding more of these in. Add in a restaurant (or two), a few benches and a small restroom. This will make them temporarily satisfied.

2.) Check on your animals - Guests are unhappy when animals are sick or angry. Any animals that appear sick, hungry or unhappy, quickly hire a staff member (Or bring over the assigned member) to that exhibit. This will help the animals to make the guests' a little bit more satisfied.

3.) Be sure to have reasonable prices - Guests will also complain if something too high in price for them. So if you're selling burgers at $10.00, try lowering it down to $3.50. This is an odd trick that does work.

4.) Add attractions - Add petting zoos, gardens, theaters, rides, etc. Anything you can afford in a neat area for them. A specifically designed area for them will boost their happiness, giving them a place to have fun and rest while visiting the zoo. I have also learned adding observation areas at exhibits helps too because it provides them shade and adds beauty to the zoo.

These are the best suggestions I can offer from my own experiences in the game. I have used these before and managed to keep guests at 93 - 95% happiness for at least a year in scenario time. I hope these help you!
