On the level holiday tree farm I think the one with the christmas tree in it, how do you make the artic wolves happy. So that you pass the level.

I had that same problem. You just have to put a bunch of them in the exibit, even if it says there are to many of them and research the snowy cave. Put 2 or 3 snowy caves in the exhibit. After that they should be fine.
make sure that they are in pairs, as in 1 female for every 1 male. They like to have a mate, and they won't take one that is another wolf's mate.
Add a bunch of tiny rocks way passed when the zoo keeper says it's enough rocks
