Please insert correct cdrom

I've just bought the Zoo Tycoon ultimate collection, but I can't get to play.
The installation went well, but every time I try to launch I get the "please insert the correct cdrom" error.
I also get the messages (from time to time) that I'm missing Sqlit3.DLL, but I got the file. It was deleted by mistake, but it's back after a recoveryprogram was installed.
Any suggestions?

The only thing I can suggest from previous experience is complete removal of the game and then re-install it all. If this does not work, check that the disk(s) is/are not damaged. If it is, this might be the cause of your problems. If the disk is fine, perhaps it is a fake disk, perhaps there is supposed to be another disk that you install first?
