It might not be your loggin. It might be your computer or internet. Keep your internet and computer. If that's not the case, your Wizard101 might have a bug in it. Contact Wizard101 to check for bugs. Or otherwise, there is a bug in you computer or otherwise, you have caps lock on while typing your password.
