...wait or the rain comes...then drag a villager to the lift..it will says the action.."standing on the lift"...on the one side the container with fill with water then the other side will rise up...

To do that you need your tribal chief to put it in the fire and it will say ''doing weather dance'' then put all of your villagers to the fire to and it will do the same then they will sprinkle and a rain starts and you also got a milestone! Then when it rains, put a one villager on the lift that it will say ''standing on the lift'' then the bucket will fill water and just wait to full it up and you can get a seed!
