You actually do knock him out after he's raised the submarine and then run off out the door on your right and nxt part of lvl. Hope I help

I hated it when this happened interrogate him the first time before raising the submarine then try to raise it then raise it then go to a corner on he right of the huge screen interrogate him again and a guard should say something through his walkie talkie if not I had to start the level over again it sounds stupid to do but it just happened to me so I had to start again which I then sweared on my computer for no reason but who cares if it still doesn't work then I dunno your game has a glitch mine does but I get rid of them coz mine go away the next time I try oh and don't get tricked when the guard shoots those cans and bottles when you get in the little hatch if you climb up the pipe and then go down through the hatch or just the place you need to go after there are lasers once I didn't know they were there and I had 2 out of 3 alarms and I got past how cool I just got past then after 23 goes I put on the thermals and surprise surprise lol

Sometimes when you knock him out it goes mission failed like when I did it or just when that don't happen you have to knock the guard out but! Before you do that you need to interoggate him
