You have to go to the whole town mode and then you will find where it says create a sim then don't press create sim. There should be a button at the bottom of the page but not that far down from create a sim and then it will have a small blue person and it has an arrow by it. If this is to confusing for you I'm sorry because it's kinda confusing to explain without a picture. Okay so if you don't understand it then you scroll your mouse all by the icons in the corner of the screen in free play and it will say what they are so just go to free play and you will understand.
