I had that problem before too. My loyalty was so low that my rating was -3. IF you actually still have customers then treat those customers like gold. Help anyone who needs help immediately, have someone at the register when they pick something up to buy, do only basic sales interactions, have the shop well stocked and clean (no dishes or old newspapers ANYWHERE), when a customer comes in you can show them an item to look at, get a good review when the reviewer comes, and basically just shower your customers with attention and leave the moody ones alone. On the other hand, there's no way to get customer loyalty back up if you have no customers. Here's what you do. Close the business. Open a new business for a fresh start.
