In the case of the hula dance, it is best for you to go to a hotel situated in fornt of the beach where many times, you can see special sims dancing the hula. Just press on them and there should be an option to learn the hula dance ( for a fee). In other hotels, the possibility of learning breakdance ( for a fee) is also available. In tiki resorts you can find a male sim who plays with fire and you can learn that too! ( for a fee). Hope this helps Smile)

If you want to pound your chest go to the mountains and stay at the FREE base camp. Some people there will teach you as you go through.
