How do you defeat the mission because I almost had it but they kept building the large catapults and destroy my walls

I would make a large force of infantry to counter them while my archers are picking of the enemy infantry

Build the best tower you can near to the walls without actually touching them. then, create lots of archers and crossbowman and put them in the tower. Then, delete some walls near the tower and then make a passageway and put loads of man traps killing pits etc in but no moats. if you put in moats they will charge the rest of the walls.

When they arrive use burning logs when they made siege camp it will destroy it early before they make catpults
