While on onderon ,how do you get captain riken removed from his post

First speak to an Asian woman named Anda, then go to the bar that is in the same section as the droid vendor. Go in the bar and find captain Gelesi, threaten him or persuade him to leave his post. Then go back to Anda and get instructions for getting rid of Capt. Bostuco(the oldest one).then solve the Sulio murder/mystery. You should hear Capt. Riken say " I really need to patrol that sector better". Then then go back to the area where the droid vendor is and look for Riken patrolling the area. Go speak to him and choose the " you're in trouble" dialogue option. Then your character should be able to kill him.
