When I enter a cheat it says "cheats are not enabled on this server". The bad thing is I am on single player! If anyone will answer my question I will be very grateful.

Press shift + ~ or shift + �. One of them should work. This brings down the console then type "devmapall" it should enable cheats.
Before you enter a cheat, enter helpusobi1, then you can enter your cheats.
And make sure you leave a space between the words and the number like this -) helpusobi 1.
