um go to xml and to get this xml get a meg extractor drag configeration meg file and wait.
then go to xml go to the unique unit file near the bottom and open it using notepad
look for jedi cruiser near the bottom and get the faction owner of your wanting copy the name only
then go to star base file in xml go down to skirmish tech on and paste with a comma after under the units list and paste it under any tech level you want it to be available for
Note that the Jedi_Cruiser_E is fot the empire while the others are for their namd factions first letter.
this version of the venator is gay but is one no the less
