I am really upset with star trek online! My prdiciment is that all the missions are having enemy starships that I just can't beat the reason I can't beat is because my starship itself (the galactica) is a load of covedent turd.the only way I can upgrade my ship is by getting dilithium crystials which I can't find.I don't know how to do PVP and I have been to the Klingon neutral zone.and don't tell me to look in the bank because dilithium cost a lot. And the only way to get energy credits (that I know of) is by selling items you get in missions which I can't complete.plese make your explaination as simple as possible and don't say I don't know anything about star trek it's just that the game is confusing and doesn't explain anything even the wikis don't say much if you see any other problems I'm having plese feel free to answer!thanks and plese be nice.

OK!, not sure if anyone has answered, but I had the same problem.
1st. Join a fleet if you are not in one already...
2nd. Go to PVP and join a group game, such as cure space or infected space... In elite you get 1100 dilitium ore, and some cool prizes. If you go to advanced or normal your dilitium is less.
3rd. When you click "I" for inventory, click on the tab, "assets", and refine your dilithium ore into refinded dilitium, then you can buy upgrades.
