Question for Pirates of the Caribbean

My ship was in the storm and I landed in douwesen. I've done everything that needs to be done there but I just can't seem to get to isla muelle. It says I can sail to oxbay and when I try to get to isla muelle I just stay in the same spot on the world map. PLEASE HELP! IT'S SO FRUSTRATING!

Go to The pirates fort in the jungle and go in to the tavern, or if you have good reputation go to the tavern and ask for work.
