Well after you buy your horse and it is in your stable, then you click on it and hit move out of box. Lead it to the saddle rack, pick up your saddle and walk with your horse outside of the barn. Saddle your horse, then click on it to ride it. Sometimes it doesn't work if you arn't in the right spot.

Do you have to buy a horse or can it be one that you do not own but are just taking care of because it is sick?
