Patches and paths

How do you download patches and unlock the paths???? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

The patch is no longer available for download. To fix this problem without patch, you'll need to edit your saved game file in a program such as Notepad. Note that you should always make a copy of your saved game file before modifying it.
Once you have your file opened, look for (or use Edit>Find) you need to find 3 entries, all of which are listed as an "Item" in the Object type field.
The first entry is for "Absperrung_Strand" and is the barrier for the Beach path to the northwest of your clinic.
The second entry is for "Absperrung_Stadtrand" and is the barrier for the Fields path West of your clinic.
The third entry is for "Absperrung_Wald" and is the barrier for the Forest path northeast of your clinic.
Each of these entries end with "....is_shown="true" is_dismissed="false"/>
Change the is_shown entry to "false" for whichever path you want to open (or all three of them), save the file, then load your saved game and the path or paths should be open.
