The only way to unlock customers is by improving your rank in the game - which takes days, so there is no other way to unlock all the customers without going through the days. Sorry.

yeah I've gotten to Rank 25, and I still only have 30-32 customers! So you only get customers every time you move up a rank. So Rank 1 you get only two--Mandi and Tony. This blog I found very helpful: papasfreezeria.blogspot.com

You cannot. It is impossible unless you hack the game, which I do not recommend.
