Se a text editor to edit the "scripting.lua" file in the directory:
"Napoleon Total Wardatacampaigns[campaign name]".
(example, "Napoleon Total Wardatacampaignseur_napoleon").
Locate the following lines:
Local function OnFactionTurnStart(context)
if conditions.FactionIsLocal(context) then
Modify the next line and change the value to 999999.
For example:
Scripting.game_interface:treasury_mod("france", 999999)
Note: Each campaign will have a different region in that line.
For example, the Egypt campaign has egy_french_republic.
