Question for Mystery Case Files: Dire Grove

How do you turn the generator outside the hotel on? I have found and put the spark plug on but I can't figure out how t turn it on.

You flip the green toggle powerswitch. There is another toggle switch under the green onw you flip. You push the red primeer button 4 times. Then pull the throttle lever 2 times. And lastly toy pull the ignition cord 3 times.

Yeah -followed instructions. It doesn't start. What is the workarounds?
