I am in the swamp and can not get the last cannon to take the codes I have gone back and checked the map many times and know that I have all the correct codes the other two cannons worked fine, now what?

I had to enter the codes in order several times over and over. But it finally worked as long as you have the right codes in the right order
Third cannon in 13th skull will not open!
Ok so when I enter the code XVI the first button goes in but if I enter any more codes it won't take them. I've tried them all.!!!
