That happened to me but I lost all of them ...my moshi said (in a bauble) oh no the trophies are hidden behind the wall...few days later they where back on the shelfs

Put the shelf in the inventary you might find the trophy

i tried this (putting the shelf in the inventory) but it didn't work and i couldn't find it still. Add me mieowieGuest answered:
That happens sometimes. It happened to me about 3 times anyway it will eventually appear again so don't worry

It's annoying I was trying to put it back in my inventory then it disappered

Ok, the trick is to go to the moshi garden and select a top secret, then keep clicking, when I went back to my Katsuma it said "oh look, I see a trophie, and another. They're all safe once again!"
So ya, I just tried that and that happened, I hope this worked for you guys too!
