You just keeep on trying new foods untill your monster reacts differently (in a good way.)

Say you want to see what your monsters faviroute food is all you have to do is go to the gross-ery store and buy a whole heap of different foods then you go home after you bought the food you wanted to feed your monster and feed it to him/her. See which food makes your monter happy and raises it's happyness and it's health hope it helps.
Ps my name on moshi is crazzyshooter and my monsters fav food is katsuma crunch and banngers and mash. Please add me!!!!
