Could anyone please tell me how do I make engineers I've got no idea because without them I can't make seige weapons.
Any advice or clues would be appreciated thanks.

You can't make engineers you need to build siege workshop and to teach your knight the skill engineering.
Build a siege factory and give your knight the siege engineering.
