Question for Hot Wheels Velocity X

I'm stuck on Crankshaft Bay in Velocity X. I can find 9 gears but not the tenth. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The gears are as follows:
1. And 2. On top of the warehouses
3. At the docks in a crate
4. 5. 6. On the loop de loops
7. At the open bridge
8. Over the road from the warehouses in the corner where the wall is
9. On the jump where you use the loop de loop to get there
10. On the platform at the bridge with the moving jump

In the aquarium where the road you can go in a pipe or the pipe by roller coaster 1 of the pipes by rollercoaster on roof of pipe
