How do I use the putting guide and 10 yd tee, ect

When I buy impact zone or somthing simular. Where did it go and how do I find and use it

Go to locker click on item and equip

Most items in my locker room can't be equipped . They can only be sold ? What is wrong ? The only two things i can equip are tees and balls , the rest not.

My exact question too. I have several dozen to use but can't access them. I I wish someone would let me know how to use these things.
