Why is the Aid button grayed out in Event History

The Event History shows what happens to you or other major event to other people in your guild. If someone Aids you can Aid them right back from this screen. You can only "Aid" a person every 24 hours. If it's been shorter than 24hours it will be grayed out with a time in the button showing how long it will be before you can Aid or take revenge "it you have been attacked". If it's grayed with no time in it. Its most likely one of to things ether that person at the moment doesnt have a building that you can motivate/polish or their no longer in your neighberhood or friend.
