Why the other players forge of empire can hack supplies

Other players are able to plunder (I am guessing this is what you mean by hack) your supplies, goods, coins, forge points or anything that you are accumulating through production, residences or any thing that generates a benefit BECAUSE they engage in a battle with the military units that you designate to protect your city. A poorly protected city will be defeated in battle and the other player will be allowed to plunder (hack, steal, take) whatever goods, coins, etc that you have not collected at the time. Also, if you have nothing subject to plunder at the time of defeat, the plunderer has the option to return anytime within 24 hrs to take your stuff. (P.S.... I live for the players that defend their city only with 2 Spearfighters ...the default defense.)
